To celebrate our new cooperation with Sancoffee, we’re happy to produce this signature filter coffee that will bring out the best of coffee classics, roasted in a manner that respects the terroir of Minas Gerais, as well as the hard work of the farmers of Sancoffee. This is why “Breakfast Club” was born – a natural processed coffee that is a true celebration of everything that we love about coffee.

Sancoffee was born in 2000 as a specialty coffee cooperative and has ever since grown to be a B-Corp certified and CO2 Neutral coffee producer. Since its foundation, Sancoffee has been the main driving force for quality in the coffees, using the most advanced and sustainable agricultural practices, empowering coffee growers to access international markets and building long-lasting relationships with roasters around the globe.

Roast info

This coffee is roasted for filter - meaning, a light roast. We roast our seasonal coffees in this manner because we wish for the coffee to shine as it is - for it to display the characteristics that have produced its excellent quality. This kind of roast allows the natural flavours, acids and sugars of the coffee to be in the front, and lets you learn about its origin through taste. As the name says, it's best used in filter coffee methods, such as drip or immersion, so while making an espresso from these is possible, it could prove tricky.

Use and storage

We recommend you enjoy this coffee within 3 months of the roasting date.
Store in a dry and cool place, between +16 and +25 degrees.
