KALVE Matcha has a gentle sweetness, pronounced umami and a thick, velvety texture.

Our matcha is a blend of Okumidori, Yutakamidori and Saemidori tea cultivars, grown in volcanic soil and shade-grown for 20 days before harvest to increase chlorophyll and L-theanine levels.

HOW TO PREPARE KALVE MATCHA

(For a 300 - 350 ml cup)

Mix 2 g of matcha powder with 20 g of water heated to 70–75°C.
Whisk thoroughly until smooth and lump-free.
Add steamed milk or water, as preferred.
