Thousands of young people in Latvia are too young to feel unwanted. Yet, this is their reality. Growing up without a supportive family, they lack an adult by their side who can listen, help them overcome challenges, and encourage them to believe in themselves and their abilities.

Mentor Latvia is the only organisation in Latvia offering these young people individual and group mentoring, helping them build self-confidence and integrate more successfully into society.

We created this work with a focus on what truly matters in life. It is the result of a six-month research process. Each of us contributed a part of ourselves, creating a shared story about trust, openness and self-belief. This coffee is roasted for espresso, meaning that it will present with higher intensity, rich texture and sweetness, lower acidity and more distinct caramelization flavours. Espresso roasts have higher solubility, meaning that you will be able to access the coffee flavours with more ease. Even though it is more suited for espresso machines and mokka pots, you can definitely enjoy it in any other method as well if you're looking for a richer cup. Espresso roasts are at their best starting from 2 weeks from the roast date, so take your time with it.

We recommend you enjoy this coffee within 6 months of the roasting date.
Store in a dry and cool place, between +16 and +25 degrees.
