The Story

KALVE opened inside Āgenskalna tirgus in May 2022, right in the middle of one of Riga's oldest markets. It's a place where the same table might seat a grandmother taking her time over the first coffee of the day, and someone else racing through their first emails. Our team here works hard to create a sense of belonging - a good cup of coffee and a genuine "have a lovely day" from our baristas have become part of the daily rhythm for our regulars. We're always glad to introduce a new guest to the world of specialty coffee, whatever pace they're moving at.
