Since 2010, Mentor Latvia has been helping young people who lack family care by providing them with individual support from a volunteer mentor for a year or more. This support is essential to help these youth grow into strong individuals who will shape a better society for all of us.

beauty and strength can emerge even in the most unexpected places.

Organic coffee from the Minamihara farm in Brazil – exceptional taste combined with certified and traceable quality. Fazenda Minamihara produces high-quality coffee, invests in new technologies, and focuses on sustainable production methods. In addition, the farm avoids toxic pesticides and herbicides, using only organically sourced agricultural substrates – a production process that preserves soil health and enhances flavor quality.

This coffee is roasted for espresso, meaning that it will present with higher intensity, rich texture and sweetness, lower acidity and more distinct caramelization flavours. Espresso roasts have higher solubility, meaning that you will be able to access the coffee flavours with more ease. Even though it is more suited for espresso machines and mokka pots, you can definitely enjoy it in any other method as well if you're looking for a richer cup. Espresso roasts are at their best starting from 2 weeks from the roast date, so take your time with it.

Utilisation et stockage

We recommend you enjoy this coffee within 3 months of the roasting date.
Store in a dry and cool place, between +16 and +25 degrees.
